How do I book a bounce house or party rental?
Choose the rental you want, select your event date and delivery location, and complete your reservation through our online booking system. We will confirm the details with a phone call on the Thursday before your event. You can also call Kelly's Party Rental at 903-426-8448 if you would prefer to book by phone or need help choosing equipment.
How much does it cost to rent a bounce house?
Rental prices vary according to the inflatable or equipment you choose and the rental period. Check the individual product page for the applicable price. A $45 deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due in cash upon delivery. Taxes are already included in the advertised price.
How long can I rent an inflatable?
Most of our products are available for rental periods of one to three days. This gives you options for everything from a single birthday party to a longer weekend event. Availability and rental options can vary by product, so check the individual listing when making your reservation.
How early should I reserve my bounce house?
Booking early gives you the widest choice, particularly if you have a specific theme, large inflatable or popular weekend date in mind. Spring and summer weekends, school-event dates and major holidays can be especially busy. Last-minute availability may still be possible, so contact us even if your event is approaching quickly.
Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?
Yes. We require at least five days' notice for cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable, but you may be able to reschedule your event at no additional cost in accordance with our rescheduling policy.

What areas does Kelly's Party Rental deliver to?
We provide party rental delivery throughout a large part of East Texas. Our service area includes Tyler, Flint, Bullard, Chandler, Ben-Wheeler, Frankston, Lindale, Jacksonville, Whitehouse, Arp, Troup, Poyner, Tecula, Mount Selman, Mixon, Cuney, Van, Canton, Palestine and New Summerfield.

How long does inflatable setup take?
Setup typically takes around 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the equipment being installed. Larger or more complex rentals may require additional time. Our team handles the delivery and setup so the equipment is ready for use at your event.
What do I need to do before Kelly's Party Rental arrives?
Please make sure the intended setup area is accessible, flat and clear of obstacles before we arrive. Remove items such as toys, outdoor furniture, branches, pet waste and anything else that could interfere with the setup area.
It is also important to check that you have enough space for the inflatable itself as well as the additional clearance required for safe setup and operation. Product dimensions can help you decide whether a particular rental will fit your available space.
Do I need electricity for a bounce house?
Inflatables require continuous power for the blower while they are in use. We provide a 50ft extension cord. If the appropriate power source is farther away, an additional suitable extension cord will be required.

Do I need to provide water for a water slide?
Yes. If you are renting a water slide or another inflatable being operated wet, you will need access to a suitable water supply and hose. We handle the inflatable setup, while your water supply is used to operate and fill the water features as required.

What types of bounce houses do you offer?
Our Bounce Houses include traditional jumping inflatables, themed designs and larger combination units incorporating additional activities such as slides. There are options for different party themes, age groups and event sizes.

Do you have themed bounce houses?
Yes. Our range includes bounce houses with a variety of colors, characters and themes, giving you plenty of ways to coordinate the inflatable with a child's birthday theme or the style of your event. Can adults use your inflatables?
Some inflatables are intended primarily for children, while other equipment can accommodate older participants or adults. Suitability depends on the individual unit, its design and its operating limits. Always follow the rules and capacity information supplied for the specific inflatable you rent.
What can I rent for older kids and adults?
There is plenty to choose from beyond conventional bounce houses. Obstacle Courses provide a larger activity, while Games include interactive and sports-based options. Our Mechanical Bull is another option for suitable events where you want an attraction that participants and spectators can enjoy.
Are the bounce houses cleaned between rentals?
Yes. Cleanliness is an important part of our rental process. Inflatables are cleaned and sanitized before delivery so that each customer receives equipment prepared for their event.
Does someone need to supervise the inflatable?
Yes. Children and other participants should be properly supervised while an inflatable is being used. The operating rules for the individual rental should be followed throughout the event, including any restrictions concerning capacity, participant size or appropriate use.
Weather FAQs
What happens if it rains on my event day?
Texas weather doesn't always cooperate with party plans. If bad weather affects your event, our rescheduling policy allows you to postpone your rental for up to three months without losing your deposit.
Can water slides also be used dry?
Some of our Inflatable Slides Wet Or Dry are specifically designed for both wet and dry operation. This can make them useful for different seasons and event types. Other units may have different operating requirements, so always check the individual product description before booking.

Do you only provide rentals for birthday parties?
No. Birthday parties are only one part of what we do. Kelly's Party Rental can provide entertainment and equipment for Birthday Parties, Children's Parties, Church Events, Corporate Events, School Events, Teambuilding Events and other private and public events.
What else can I rent besides a bounce house?
You can build a much larger event setup from our rental inventory. Along with inflatables, we offer Games, Tables And Chairs, Food Machines And Concessions, Event Generators and other Party Extras.
This means you can arrange seating, entertainment and selected event equipment through the same rental company rather than limiting your booking to a single inflatable.
What should I rent for a school, church or community event?
