1. How do I book a bounce house or party rental?
You can easily book a bounce house or any of our other services, like bouncy houses, obstacle courses, inflatable slides and waterslides, or mechanical bulls, using our online reservation system. Just select your desired product, date, and delivery location. We’ll confirm everything with a phone call on the Thursday before your event. You can also call us at 903-426-8448 to make a booking by phone.
2. What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to a wide range of areas in East Texas, including Tyler, Flint, Bullard, Chandler, Ben-Wheeler, Frankston, Lindale, Jacksonville, Whitehouse, Arp, and Troup. If you’re not sure whether we cover your area, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
3. How much does it cost to rent a bounce house or party equipment?
Prices vary depending on the product and rental duration. A $45 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due in cash upon delivery. Taxes are already included in the price, so there are no hidden fees. We offer rental periods of 1 to 3 days for most products, including bounce houses, obstacle courses, and inflatable slides and waterslides.
4. Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellations are allowed. However, we require at least 5 days' notice before your event. If you cancel within this time, your deposit is non-refundable, but you can reschedule your event at no extra cost.
5. What happens if it rains on the day of my event?
In case of bad weather, we offer a flexible rescheduling policy. You can postpone your rental for up to three months without losing your deposit. This allows you to move your event to a future date when the weather is better.
6. How long does setup take, and what do I need to do?
Setup usually takes between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on the product. Our team handles everything for you, from delivery to takedown. You’ll need to ensure the setup area is flat and clear of obstacles. For some products, such as inflatable slides, you’ll need to provide a water hose to fill the pool. We provide a 50ft extension cord for power, but if your power source is farther away, you’ll need an additional extension cord.
7. What types of bounce houses and inflatables do you offer?
We offer a variety of bounce houses, including themed units like the princess castle bounce house and sports bounce house. We also have combo units with slides, as well as unique products like our disco bounce house with built-in lights and a sound system. For added fun, you can choose from our range of obstacle courses, waterslides, and mechanical bulls.
8. Are your bounce houses clean and safe?
Yes, safety and cleanliness are our top priorities. Each bounce house and inflatable is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before delivery. Our team also makes sure every unit is securely set up for safe use throughout your event.
9. Can adults use the bounce houses?
Most of our bounce houses are designed for children, but we do offer larger inflatables like obstacle courses that are suitable for older kids and adults. Be sure to check the weight limits and guidelines for each unit when making your selection.
10. Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy seasons like summer or holidays. However, we can often accommodate last-minute rentals, so feel free to reach out even if your event is coming up soon.
