I called on a Friday at 3:30 and had a waterslide delivered by 5:30! It was also a holiday weekend! So impressed with the prompt service and communication. I would definitely recommend.

I rented the mechanical bull for my 30th birthday party and I couldn’t recommend them more! They were easy and friendly to communicate with, timely for set up, and changed the intensity based on who was on. It was a huge hit!

I called them at noon on a Saturday that I needed a bounce house asap. The lady on the phone was so nice and helpful in getting us a unicorn bounce house in about a hour delivered and set up! They saved the party!! 10/10 will book with y’all again!

Fantastic company; we are customers for life! I knew about Kelly's party rentals from a previous time when my parents ordered a water slide. When it was time for my son's birthday party, I knew exactly where I wanted to try - and I am nothing but blown away! We ordered a bouncer and slide combination. The online ordering process was quick, informative, and very simple to use. Within an hour they called to confirm the booking. They arrived earlier than our appointment on the day of delivery. We were well-informed on how to use and set up the blower, etc. Pickup was flawless, except for their cord getting put into my storage building. They offered to drive back out to retrieve it at no extra cost. The service is phenomenal. They text, call, and email to make sure everything goes smoothly. I cannot wait to book one of their products for my next event; thank you guys!

Excellent customer service prompt drop off and pick up, I included chairs and tables and will certainly be sending others. Very quick and easy to work with. I love that they offer so much to rent in one stop!! We got a pinata with our package too and it was a blast once all the kids left!! We thouroughly enjoyed this rental and will definitely be using you guys again!!
